All reservations made through Turkey Adventure are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. By making a reservation, the individual or group (“Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions. A binding contract is established when Turkey Adventure confirms the booking in writing and issues a confirmation document. Full payment is required unless stated otherwise.
The person submitting the booking guarantees that they have the authority to act on behalf of all participants and that all parties agree to the terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Turkey Adventure reserves the right to refuse any reservation without explanation and to modify services for operational or safety reasons.
Clients may cancel their booking by email. The cancellation becomes effective upon receipt. The following charges apply:
During public holidays or special events, alternative conditions may apply.
In the event of cancellation due to pandemic-related issues, Turkey Adventure may issue a travel credit valid for up to two years. If rebooking costs increase, the difference will be charged. If the client cancels entirely, a 15% service fee will be deducted from the total.
Flight tickets are non-refundable once issued. Changes to flight dates may incur airline penalties. Turkey Adventure is not responsible for additional costs caused by airline disruptions.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–15 business days. Turkey Adventure is not liable for bank or processing fees incurred during refunds.
All prices on www.turkeyadventure.com are accurate at the time of publication but may change due to factors such as currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, or regulatory changes. Once full payment is made, the tour price is locked.
Payments are accepted in TRY, USD, or EUR via secure credit card processing or bank transfer. Transfers must be completed within three business days of invoicing unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise arranged, all Turkey Adventure tours start and end at the local airport. Clients requesting special pickup or drop-off locations must confirm this in advance at the time of booking.
All Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel insurance. Coverage should include medical treatment, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal liability, and emergency repatriation. Turkey Adventure is not responsible for losses resulting from lack of insurance.
Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Turkey Adventure, Clients acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for their participation. Turkey Adventure is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless it results from proven negligence by the company or its suppliers.
The company is not responsible for issues arising from natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any force majeure event. For flights, sea transport, or accommodation, Turkey Adventure’s liability is limited under international conventions.
Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary health documents. Turkey Adventure provides guidance in good faith but is not liable for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Clients must be in suitable physical condition to participate in their chosen tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Turkey Adventure may request a medical certificate if necessary. Clients who behave disruptively or inappropriately may be removed from the tour without refund.
Turkey Adventure representatives may take photographs and video during tours for marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to be photographed should inform their guide. Unless instructed otherwise in writing, Turkey Adventure reserves the right to use images and anonymous testimonials for promotional use.
All personal data is handled in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK). By booking, Clients consent to the use of their data for internal purposes, including communication, market analysis, and service improvement. Clients may request their data be deleted by contacting info@turkeyadventure.com.
Unless explicitly stated in the tour inclusions, the following are not included in any Turkey Adventure product:
International flights, airport arrival/departure taxes, customs duties, entry visas, personal/health/travel insurance, medical expenses, extra baggage fees on flights, meals or drinks not listed in the itinerary, entrance fees not specified, money exchange costs, photography or filming permits at sites, laundry, gratuities for guides or drivers, and all other personal items.
If a service or cost is not listed in the tour’s inclusions, it is not covered by the product price.
Clients should report any concerns immediately to their tour leader or local contact. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of tour completion. Turkey Adventure values client feedback and aims to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
Tour accommodations are based on double or twin-share unless otherwise stated. Solo travelers may request a private room for an additional single supplement fee.
