Distance Sales Contract, Booking Terms & Conditions
Our Travel Adventure accepts reservations under the following terms and conditions.
By making a reservation, all Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. To confirm a booking, Our Travel Adventure requires full payment of the total amount due. A contract is established once Our Travel Adventure confirms the reservation in writing and issues a confirmation document.
The individual who submits the booking form (which includes these terms) guarantees they have full authority on behalf of all named individuals and confirms that all parties are aware of and agree to these conditions. This contract and any matters arising from it are governed by Turkish Law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts.
No employee or representative of Our Travel Adventure has the authority to amend, alter, or waive any of these terms unless officially documented and signed by the company’s Director. Our Travel Adventure reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion without further explanation.
Clients may cancel their bookings at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date Our Travel Adventure receives the request. The following cancellation fees apply:
For special occasions such as public holidays, cancellation conditions may vary, and Clients will be informed in writing in advance.
Important Notes:
Tour prices listed on Our Travel Adventure’s website or brochures are correct at the time of publication. However, before confirming a booking, Our Travel Adventure reserves the right to adjust these prices due to factors beyond its control, such as:
Bank transfers must be completed within three days of receiving the invoice unless stated otherwise. Our Travel Adventure, a registered business in Turkey, also accepts payments via credit card in TL, USD, and EURO.
Our Travel Adventure strives to provide all services as advertised but reserves the right to modify facilities and services as necessary. Any substitutions will be of equivalent value, and the company accepts no liability for changes affecting the Client’s enjoyment of the tour.
All Our Travel Adventure tours begin and end at the designated local airport unless the Client requests a specific meeting location.
All Clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance. Our Travel Adventure is not liable for any damages if it has provided the agreed-upon service at a reasonable standard.
Adventure tours inherently involve risks that may not be present in standard vacation packages. By agreeing to these terms, Clients acknowledge these risks and accept them voluntarily.
Our Travel Adventure does not assume liability for damages unless proven that the company or its suppliers were at fault. The company is not responsible for damages caused by:
In cases of air, sea, or rail transport and accommodation provisions, Our Travel Adventure’s liability is limited under relevant international conventions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any required travel documents. Our Travel Adventure provides information in good faith but is not responsible for changes in regulations affecting travel requirements.
Clients must confirm they are fit to participate in the selected tour itinerary. Those with pre-existing medical conditions must disclose them at the time of booking and ensure they have necessary medications and treatments available.
A medical certificate from a General Practitioner may be required to confirm fitness for travel. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions releases Our Travel Adventure from any liability related to those conditions.
Any complaints should be reported within 24 hours to the tour guide, leader, or reservation supervisor, who will take immediate steps to address the issue.
All tour accommodations are based on double or twin-sharing. Single travelers must pay an additional single supplement.
