Itinerary

DAY 1

Your Ephesus tour begins with a morning pickup. After a short drive, you’ll enter the ancient city and walk along Marble Street, stopping at Hadrian’s Temple, the Odeon, and Trajan’s Fountain.

The tour’s centerpiece is the Celsus Library, a marvel of Roman architecture, followed by the Great Theatre, which once staged performances and played a role in the city’s Christian heritage.

Later, the group will head to the House of Virgin Mary, set in the tranquil hills of Mount Koressos. Afterward, enjoy a traditional lunch at a local Turkish restaurant before concluding with a visit to the Temple of Artemis. Though little remains, its legacy as one of the Seven Wonders makes it a must-see.

You’ll return by mid-afternoon, enriched by stories, sights, and the atmosphere of a truly timeless city.

Celsus Library The most photographed building in Ephesus, once holding 12,000 scrolls and built as both a library and a monument.

Great Theatre & Roman Sites A 25,000-seat theatre, Odeon, Roman Baths, and temples showcasing the city’s grandeur and daily life.

House of Virgin Mary Believed to be the final home of Mary, this serene chapel is a pilgrimage site for both Christians and Muslims.

Temple of Artemis Once a magnificent marble temple, now only one column remains but its history as a Wonder of the Ancient World still impresses.
