About This Tour
Our Wonders of Turkey Tour brings Istanbul, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia together in one carefully planned 8 day Turkey itinerary. Begin in Istanbul with a Bosphorus cruise and visits to Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque , then continue west to the white travertines of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis. The journey also takes you through Ephesus , including the Celsus Library, Grand Theater, Temple of Artemis and House of Virgin Mary, before continuing to Cappadocia. Domestic flights and transfers connect the different regions, reducing long overland journeys during the eight-day program. In Cappadocia , two days of guided sightseeing cover Goreme Open-Air Museum, Pasabag, Devrent and Love Valley before continuing to Uchisar Castle, Red and Rose Valleys, Cavusin Village, Ozkonak Underground City and Pigeon Valley. A Cappadocia hot air balloon flight can also be added as an optional sunrise experience. Designed as one of our comprehensive tours of Turkey from Istanbul , the package includes accommodation with breakfast, domestic flights, airport transfers, guided sightseeing, entrance fees and lunches during the tours, before returning to Istanbul on Day 8.
